Community Service Project

The Task:

The First Year Experience course requires all sections to complete a
SERVICE LEARNING PROJECT.

You will need to direct your students to meet all requirments of this project.
The focus is to identify and review Holy Family University's mission/core values and compare and contrast it to the ideology of a local community service agency.

You will use an on-line journal and the
internet to complete the following tasks:

- Research a local service agency and its mission
- Identify the needs of the agency
- Create a timeline to complete this project
- Create a breakdown of supplies and budget needed to complete this project
- List all class participants
